Continual improvement of quality management system to achieve customers’ satisfaction
Complying with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and applicable requirements
Quality Objectives
Minimum 90% of responded customers give 4 marks and above for satisfaction rate monthly
Less than 5% of responded customers give 2 or 1 mark for satisfaction rate monthly
Minimum 80% assessment passing mark for Light Therapy Consultant and Therapist monthly
