  • Consistently exceeding our customer’s expectations on quality of services

  • Continual improvement of quality management system to achieve customers’ satisfaction

  • Complying with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and applicable requirements

Quality Objectives

 
  • Minimum 90% of responded customers give 4 marks and above for satisfaction rate monthly

  • Less than 5% of responded customers give 2 or 1 mark for satisfaction rate monthly

  • Minimum 80% assessment passing mark for Light Therapy Consultant and Therapist monthly
